Hello, You are so sweet and truely beautiful! Some advice - First give the house a really good cleaning, it's theraputic and think of the calories burned. Then get a baby sitter for the evening. Take a shower, lots of make-up, a new fun hair style, put on your favorite outfit and have a girls night out! I feel better after I little escape from reality for a while. You will feel renewed and coping skills will be recharged. You deserve it!

be strong! your strategy sounds level headed and smart....and i think your general reaction (hiding in your cave, letting the house fall apart) is normal.....
