I have been a bit quiet over the past few days, I know and thats just because I have been working feverishly on another small project I have undertaken.

! Basically it is a video blogging channel for 'Losers'...hehehe! Well, to be more specific, its for people, a-la moi, who are losing weight...hehe!
My vision for it is to build it up into a sort of hub/portal where we can all share our weight loss vlogs, or as I affectionately like to call them our 'FlabVlogs' (lol), documenting our journey from start to finish! How inspiring would that be? A whole channel where we can get to know, and watch other dieter's journey's. I have set it up with RSS Feeds etc so that viewers will have ready access to new content...and I don't know about you but I am very, VERY excited about this.
So all you Vloggers out there -budding or pro- You had better start recording and uploading cause

My favorite quote is 'Accentuate the Positive' I am inherently very optimistic about my life in general so it flows into my thoughts on my weight etc. sometimes, like everyone I have my down days...and think woe is me, whats the point! but it doesn't last long...I have a great knack of being able to bounce back-in a very real sence-from anything.

He, He Dagny...Your not going to go all 'Anthony Robbins' on me are ya...lol only kidding...just a private joke after reading your blog...
But you are right..Positive Thinking is the key to just about anything. Especially losing weight...
If you don't reinforce in your mind that you CAN and WILL do it then most probably you won't.
Losing weight does not come by accident (unless you get stressed, sick or pregnant...like I did) most of the time it has to be worked on.
But it is so much more than eating right, exercising enough and drinking lots of water...The mind plays an integral role in it...Thus you have to reinforce the other steps with positive thinking to get anywhere with it...thats just my theory anyhow.
